2011 Kia Forte 5-Door

If you're looking for a stylish yet multipurpose compact wagon, check out the all-new 2011 Kia Forte 5-Door hatchback. Available in either EX or sportier SX trim levels, the 2011 Forte 5-Door is the newest addition to the Forte line-up, which is currently comprised of the Forte Sedan and Forte Koup. This sporty hatch is powered by either a 156-horsepower 2.0L DOHC CVVT 4-cylinder engine (EX) or a 173-horsepower 2.4L DOHC CVVT 4-cylinder engine (SX). These engines are paired with your choice of either the new 6-speed manual transmission or the new 6-speed automatic with Sportmatic shifting courtesy of available paddle shifters, neither of which was available in the 2010 Sedan and Koup models.
A few new design changes make the 2011 Forte hatchback a much sportier ride than its Sedan and Koup counterparts. Vehicle height, width, and wheelbase all stay the same when compared to the sedan, but the Forte 5-Door's new hatch body style shaves seven inches off the Sedan's overall length. Also new to the design are a redesigned grille, redesigned fascia, new center console, and a lower valence design. The exterior also gets new alloy wheels, 16-inch ones on the EX and
17-inch ones on the SX. Inside the 2011 Forte, a slew of new features and options are now available.

Coming standard in this hatch is Bluetooth wireless technology, MP3 connectivity, and SIRIUS Satellite Radio capabilities. New options, meanwhile, consist of items like push-button start and a navigation system.
